Dear Campers/Families

Summer is here! As we begin the 2024 summer season, we would like to welcome all of our new summer families and would also like to extend a great welcome back to each of our returning families. We know that finding the right summer camp can be a tough decision, but we can assure you that your child will have the most amazing experience at CPAS Camp this summer. This year marks our 10th summer serving as your camp directors and we are determined to make 2024 our best year yet!

You should know that by making the decision to send your child to camp, you are providing him/her with an experience that will have a lasting impact. Camp is a place where your child will learn new skills, make friends, grow in confidence, gain a sense of independence, enjoy the outdoors and just have FUN! At Christian Pentecostal After School Summer Camp we pride ourselves on the safety and supervision of each camper in our program. We carefully select a staff team that is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for your camper. These counselors are rigorously screened and extensively trained prior to the start of the summer. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us by phone or email. Trips

Tuition

All tuition and trip payments for the Summer Camp must be paid at our main location on Nye Avenue in the main office. Any payments made elsewhere will not be credited to your account. Tuition for Summer Camp must be paid every week as long as the child is enrolled in our program. Payment is billed on a weekly basis not daily. Payments must be paid on Friday prior to the week of service (Monday of service week is a courtesy day). Any payments made after Monday will incur a $10.00 per day late fee.

All weekly trips must be paid one day prior to the scheduled trip date; NO payments for any trips will be accepted the day of the trip.

All major trip money is due one week prior to trip date; we will cancel trips if there are not enough students attending to support the cost of the trip (this is the only time money will be credited or refunded). We reserve the right to refuse children who for any reason might be suspended on a trip day or who require one-on-one attention from going on a particular trip. If you prepaid for the child to go on the trip and the child is unable to attend for any reason the money will not be refunded or transferred to another trip or tuition payment! Any child picked up after 5:30pm will be charged a $2.00 a minute, per child, late charge (no exceptions). We offer extended care in the morning and evening for an additional $110 per week. Summer camp T-shirt must be worn on all trips; you receive one t-shirt with your registration each additional t-shirt is $25.00 per t-shirt. We reserve the right to not allow your child to go on any trips if they don’t wear the proper footwear or their summer camp T-shirt. (NO refunds or credits will be given if this occurs). On all trips with the exception of swimming days, children should wear closed toed shoes!
